November 15, 2003 - If the snow on the
ground doesn't remind you that the 2003
racing season is over, then the annual Awards
Banquet should do the trick!
Sunset Speedway's best and brightest gathered
at the International Plaza Hotel and Conference
Centre in Toronto to not only celebrate
a fantastic year of racing, but of course
to pick up those coveted trophies and awards
cheques! The turnout was excellent, and
so was the dinner.
As for the awards portion, each of our
drivers received their Plan Group cheques
and trophies from Marshall Cohen, as well
as all the other special awards. The words
spoken by those who took to the microphone
gave credence to what a successful year
it has been (under the new management of
Glenn Lloyd), and it can only make us long
for the start of the 2004 season! A full

Congratulations and thanks to the drivers,
crews and families that helped make 2003
a memorable year - see you at the driver's
