BE FAMILIAR WITH AND OBEY, FLAGS, SIGNALS AND LIGHTS!

Indicates the start or restart of the race. The race is considered started when the green flag is dropped. Cars may immediately attempt to over take competitors, even though they may have not crossed the start/finish line. All starts will take place, when the green light is on and the green flag is shown. If the starter deems that it was an unfair start the green will be shown followed by the yellow. Cars will restart in order they were in before the start/restart. Front row cars are to set the pace, and to start the race fairly.  Do not tail gate the pace car. When pace car leaves the track slowly pick up the speed coming to the green.  Cars may enter the pit area under green, (but absolutely no re-entry under green) doing so will bring immediate disqualification, and loss of any money earned that race night.

Indicates disqualification or mechanical problems.  Pull off the track as quickly and safely as possible. Failure to obey will result in disqualification for the night.  If for mechanical problems, you can return under yellow.  The black flag is for that race only, unless the Starter has decided that it is for the night. The Starter or Track Director reserves the right to black flag any car that is, running to slow, deemed unsafe, or is a hazard to other drivers. This will also apply to drivers who display an attitude problem.  No one under suspension will be allowed in the pit area either before, during, or after any race meet.  However the car may return with a different driver.

The Yellow flag indicates a caution on the track. All cars will slow down immediately and pull into line behind the lead cars.  If two cars are running side by side, the inside car takes preference.  Proceed with caution until given the green to go. Failure to slow down under caution will result in being placed in the rear of the line up. Unsportsmanlike diving while under yellow will result in disqualification.  All involved cars in any accident will be sent to the back! The decision of the STARTER is final.  In the event of a yellow, cars will be lined up in the running order of the last completed lap, with all lapped cars going to the back.  In the event of a scoring mistake, you must notify the Pit Manager who will contact the Scorer to clarify this situation.  Any car that leaves a race, will be allowed to return under yellow. This includes the white flag.  No working on any car either by driver or pit crew, while the car is on the race area. (tech staff can assist )A complete restart will take place if one full lap has not been ran, before yellow is shown. Any car that did not take the original green can enter the track on this complete restart.  After one lap has been completed, the first three cars will be started single file.  At the discretion of the starter all cars may be lined up single file.  If a caution is called, after the lead car has taken the white, the race will be called official.

The Checkers, is shown to indicate the race is declared finished, and drivers are to slow their race cars, and except for the Winner of the Race are to leave the race track safely to the Pit Area.

Red flag means STOP immediately in the safest possible way.  DO NOT move unless directed to do so by the starter. The ambulance has top priority on the track.

The Passing Blue Flag is shown that you are about to be lapped by a faster car, pull immediately to the inside of the racing surface. Failure to obey the blue flag will result in disqualification. All slower cars MUST pull to the inside to let the faster car(s) pass.

The White Flag is shown to indicate that one lap remains until the race is over.  Also used to indicate one lap remaining until a Green Flag is shown to indicate the race is starting or about to resume after a caution has occurred.  Also applies to practice sessions for drivers.

CROSSED FLAGS

Any two Crossed flags means the halfway point in any race.

TWO FLAGS HELD UPRIGHT

Two flags held upright indicates that there is two laps left in the race.

RAIN OUTS

In the event of a rain out, if all heats have been completed, missed features will be scheduled for the following weeks. Only cars in original race will be allowed to enter these features. If over half of the any feature race has been run, it will be considered final, if not the complete race will be re-run.
