I really believe the quality of entertainment
this year surpasses any other season, and I emphasize "quality".
Of the 28 race dates for the new 2002 season, 10 of them are Special
Events, 4 are Season Championship events, and we top it all off, with
a two-day Fall Classic, featuring 5 Invitational full-feature races
at the end of September.

| I have been asked to submit articles to what I have named Track Talk, hopefully on a weekly format so as to give you, the race fan, an insight as to the goings on at the track | ||

I firmly believe that
fans want to know and understand more of what, where, when and why things
happen, and I have tried to this during the race events, as your infield
announcer. Sometimes however, the roar of the engines takes center stage
over my ramblings.

| Hopefully Track Talk can be a way that I can give you some interesting "stuff" to read about. As a race fan and participant for over 25 years, I have wanted to learn and know as much as I could. In the weeks and months to come, I hope I can inform you with some interesting facts, stories, and tidbits that perhaps you didn't know or always wanted to know. I would also welcome any questions you might have, and or suggestions for articles. | ||
