2006 Rules Revisions

After the 5 coalition tracks (Sunset, Kawartha, Mosport, Peterborough and Varney) had their driver's meetings there were a few minor amendments to the rules. They are as follows:

Thunder Car
- page 3, C: Any spring spacers do not have to be welded to the chassis.
- page 7: Maximum valve lift on a Ford to be .448
- page 7: under carburetor please add: No Holley carburetors. Also remove the 1/8" venturi rule and add "any stock Rochester boost venturi".
- page 7: guide plates are permitted

Late Models
- page 6, Q: Sunset and Varney will allow rebuildable shocks in 2006
- page 6, #9 D: minimum engine height will go from 12" to 11"

Please make note of these changes. If you have any question, please contact Fred or Glenn.
